Ingredients:

2 pcs Vegan Konnyaku Burger

2 Lightly Toasted Brioche Burger Buns

4 Tomato Slices

1/2 cup Lettuce

2 tbsp Tartare Sauce

Instruction:

  1. Heat oil to 180°C and deep fry Vegan Konnyaku Burger for 4.5 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Lightly toast brioche bun until crispy.
  3. Layer lettuce, tomato, Konnyaku Burger, and tartare sauce over brioche bun.
  4. Ready to serve.
