Heat oil to 180°C and deep fry Veg. Roasted Chicken for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside.
Dice broccoli and cook in salted boiling water for 5-8 minutes until tender. Cook spaghetti in the same water according to package instructions, then drain, reserving some pasta water.
Add cherry tomatoes to the pan sauté for a few minutes until tomatoes are slightly softened.
Add drained spaghetti to the pan. Sprinkle with black pepper powder, OKK Mushroom Seasoning, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss everything together, adding a splash of reserved pasta water to create a light sauce.
Garnish with extra Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve hot.
