Crispy Chicken Aglio Olio Linguine

Ingredients:

  • 8 pcs Veg. Roasted Chicken
  • 4 tsp OKK Mushroom Seasoning
  • 200g Dried Linguine
  • 200g Broccoli, diced into small cubes
  • 50g Cherry Tomato
  • 10g Black Pepper Powder
  • 50g Olive Oil
  • 50g Parmesan Cheese

Instruction:

  1. Heat oil to 180°C and deep fry Veg. Roasted Chicken for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside. 
  2. Dice broccoli and cook in salted boiling water for 5-8 minutes until tender. Cook spaghetti in the same water according to package instructions, then drain, reserving some pasta water.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes to the pan sauté for a few minutes until tomatoes are slightly softened.
  4. Add drained spaghetti to the pan. Sprinkle with black pepper powder, OKK Mushroom Seasoning, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss everything together, adding a splash of reserved pasta water to create a light sauce.
  5. Garnish with extra Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve hot.
