Sweet & Sour Chicken

Ingredients:

250g of Veg. Fragrant Chicken

2 tsp OKK Mushroom Seasoning

1 Capsicum, chopped into chunks

1/2 Cucumber, deseeded and chopped into chunks

4 tbsp OKK Tomato Sauce

4 tbsp Brown Sugar

2 tbsp Water

1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water

Instruction:

  1. Heat oil to 180°C and deep-fry Veg. Fragrant Chicken for 2.5 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Stir-fry capsicum chunks for 3 minutes. Add chopped cucumber and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  3. In the same pan, add tomato sauce, water, brown sugar, mushroom, and seasoning. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  4. Pour in cornstarch mixture and stir-fry until the sauce thickens.
  5. Ready to serve.
