Sambal Seafood Petai

Ingredients:
250g of Veg. Hokkaido Flower Squid
250g of Veg. Hokkaido Medium Prawns
2 tsp OKK Mushroom Seasoning
100g of Petai
100g of Long Beans
200g of Sambal Paste
50g of Water
Instruction:
Heat up a pan with oil, stir-fry the sambal paste until fragrant.
Add the petai and long beans, and continue stir-frying.
Add the squid rings, medium prawns, and water. Add mushroom seasoning for added flavor. Stir-fry until the mixture is concentrated.
Ready to serve.
