Sambal Seafood Petai

Ingredients:

  • 250g of Veg. Hokkaido Flower Squid
  • 250g of Veg. Hokkaido Medium Prawns
  • 2 tsp OKK Mushroom Seasoning
  • 100g of Petai
  • 100g of Long Beans
  • 200g of Sambal Paste
  • 50g of Water

Instruction:

  1. Heat up a pan with oil, stir-fry the sambal paste until fragrant.
  2. Add the petai and long beans, and continue stir-frying.
  3. Add the squid rings, medium prawns, and water. Add mushroom seasoning for added flavor. Stir-fry until the mixture is concentrated.
  4. Ready to serve.
