Taiwanese Salt & Pepper Popcorn Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 250g Veg. Roasted Chicken
  • 50g Basil Leaves

Seasoning Mix Powder

  • 2 tsp Five Spice Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ground White Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Sichuan Peppercorn Powder, optional

Instruction:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Spray the basket with oil.
  2. Add the Veg. Roasted Chicken to the basket, leaving some space between each piece. Spray more oil on top of the chicken. Air fry at 200°C for 6 minutes.
  3. Open the basket, flip the chicken pieces, add the basil leaves, spray more oil on top, and air fry for an additional 4 minutes.
  4. Remove the Veg. Roasted Chicken from the air fryer. Sprinkle Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken Seasoning Mix Powder over the Veg. Roasted Chicken. 
  5. Serve hot.
