Steamed Fish with Ginger

Ingredients:

  • 4 Slices Veg. Fish
  • 2-inch piece ginger, peeled and julienned
  • 50g Soy Sauce
  • 20g Sesame Oil
  • 100g Cooking Oil

Instruction:

  1. Heat a pan with cooking oil over medium heat. Add the julienned ginger and fry until golden brown. Remove the ginger from the pan and set aside. Strain the ginger-infused oil into a small bowl.
  2. Steam the fish for about 5-6 minutes. While the fish is steaming, mix the ginger-infused oil with soy sauce and set aside.
  3. Once the fish is cooked, place it on a serving plate. Arrange the fried ginger on top of the fish.
  4. Pour the soy sauce and ginger oil mixture over the fish. Drizzle sesame oil over the fish.
  5. Ready to serve.
