Prawn Ball Soup

Ingredients:

  • 250g Veg. Hokkaido Prawn Ball
  • 5 tsp OKK Mushroom Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp OKK Veg. Oyster Sauce
  • 50g Chinese Parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2g White Pepper
  • 1000ml Water

Instruction:

  1. Boil 1000ml water in a pot.
  2. Add Veg. Hokkaido Prawn Balls to the boiling water. Cook for 3-4 minutes until they are heated through.
  3. Add OKK Mushroom Seasoning, OKK Veg. Oyster Sauce, and white pepper to the pot. Drizzle sesame oil into the soup. Stir well.
  4. Garnish with chopped Chinese parsley and serve hot.
