Ingredients:

10 pcs of Veg. Hokkaido Medium Prawns

10 pcs Veg. Hokkaido Flower Squid

4 tsp OKK Mushroom Seasoning

200g Dried Spaghetti

300g Tomato Puree

50g Basil Leaf, chopped

5g Dried Oregano

25g Olive Oil

10g Coarse Black Pepper

10g Sugar

Instruction:

  1. Boil water in a pot, add a certain amount of oil and salt, and cook the spaghetti for about 7 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
  2. Heat a pan and add olive oil. Add tomato puree and chopped basil leaf, and stir-fry. Add dried oregano, 4 tsp OKK mushroom seasoning, and continue stir-frying.
  3. Add the cooked spaghetti, coarse black pepper, sugar, prawns, and flower squid to the pan. Stir-fry until fragrant and well combined.
  4. Ready to serve.
