Fish Finger Wraps

Ingredients:

  • 4 pcs Veg Hokkaido Fish Fingers
  • 1/2 cup OKK Salad
  • 2 Tortilla Wrap
  • 1 tsp Powdered Wasabi
  • 1 tsp Water
  • 1 tsp Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup of Shredded Iceberg Lettuce

Instruction:

  1. Air-fry Veg Hokkaido Fish Fingers at 180°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown and set aside.
  2. Lightly toast tortillas until warm and slightly crispy.
  3. Mix powdered wasabi with water. Add lemon juice and OKK Salad. Stir until smooth.
  4. Lay shredded lettuce on tortillas, place 2 fish fingers in each. Drizzle with wasabi mayo.
  5. Roll up tortillas and serve immediately.
