Healthy Salad Bowl

Ingredients:

5 pcs of Veg. Hokkaido Medium Prawns

1 tsp Crushed Black Pepper

1 tsp Olive Oil

1 tsp Dry Basil

1 head of Broccoli, cut into florets

1 pc Avocado

6 pcs Cherry Tomatoes

1 head of Lettuce, chopped

1/4 cup Olives

1 tsp Sesame Seeds

1/2 cup Arugula

Juice from 1/2 Lemon

1 tsp Salt

Instruction:

  1. Put prawns, crushed pepper, olive oil, and basil in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Sauté the prawns until cooked through.
  3. Blanch the broccoli florets in salted water for about a minute. Drain and set aside.
  4. Halve the cherry tomatoes and slice the avocado.
  5. Arrange lettuce as the base in a serving bowl. Top with cooked prawns, broccoli florets, avocado slices, olives, and sesame seeds.
  6. Drizzle the lemon vinaigrette over the salad.
  7. Serve immediately.
