Prawn & Wild Mushrooms Spaghetti

Ingredients:
10 pcs Veg. Medium Prawns
2 tsp OKK Mushroom Seasoning
200g Dried Spaghetti
5 pcs Button Mushrooms, sliced
150g Beech Mushrooms
50g Cherry Tomatoes, sliced
10g Coarse Black Pepper
50g Olive Oil
10g Balsamic Vinegar
Instruction:
Boil water in a pot. Add a bit of oil and salt to the water. Cook the spaghetti for about 7 minutes until cooked. Drain and set aside.
Heat a pan with olive oil. Add mushrooms and tomatoes, stir-frying then add the
prawns
and continue stir-frying.
Add cooked spaghetti, coarse black pepper, mushroom seasoning, and balsamic vinegar. Stir-fry until fragrant and well combined.
Ready to serve.
