Stir-Fried Bean Sprout with Sea Treasure

Ingredients:

150g Veg. Sea Treasure

4 tsp OKK Mushroom Seasoning

300g Bean Sprouts

100g Long Beans

50g Peanuts

50g Cherry Tomato, halved

20g Carrot, shredded

20g Chinese Parsley, chopped

10g White Pepper Powder

Instruction:

  1. Heat up a wok to high temperature.
  2. Stir-fry the long beans for about a minute. Add the vegetable sea treasure, cherry tomatoes, and shredded carrot. Stir-fry for another minute.
  3. Add the bean sprouts. Continue to stir-fry until everything is well mixed and the vegetables are just tender. Avoid overcooking.
  4. Add the OKK mushroom seasoning and white pepper powder. Toss everything together until well combined.
  5. When ready to serve, garnish with chopped Chinese parsley and peanuts.
