Stir-fried Flower Squid with Ginger

Ingredients:
250g Veg Hokkaido Flower Squid
2 tsp OKK Mushroom Seasoning
50g Ginger, julienned
2 Red Chilies, sliced
20g Chinese Parsley, chopped
100g Sesame Oil
20g Soy Sauce
Instruction:
Using low heat, warm the sesame oil in a saucepan. Add the julienned ginger and pan-fry until fragrant.
Increase to high heat, add the Veg Hokkaido Flower Squid and sliced red chilies, and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
Add soy sauce and mushroom seasoning. Continue to stir-fry for another minute until well combined.
Garnish with chopped Chinese parsley before serving.
